Join Women in the Workforce for the first event in our 2020 series on February 28th for our mega networking event!

Speed Mentoring is a riff on speed dating that allows early career professionals (or those looking to make a change or re-enter the workplace) to meet multiple mentors in a short time.  Have you ever wished you could have 10 minutes for advice with an experienced professional outside your immediate circle of contacts?  This is a great way to make that happen! You will have the opportunity to meet with up to 8 different mentors on a variety of topics and ask them questions and hopefully meet your new mentor.

Speed Networking is also a riff on speed dating that allows any-stage career professionals to quickly meet and make connections with other professionals in a variety of industries.  Participants greet each other in a series of brief exchanges during a set period of time.  We will provide some “starter” questions for participants to use if they can’t think of their own.  Be prepared to share your professional background and professional goals.

There will also be a general networking session.  No limit on the networking!

Bring your business cards and a fun open-mind!
